Our virtual training is designed tо keep you engaged through a combination of personalized training sessions along with educational and motivating health challenges that reach beyond the walls of a fitness center. Here at BodyByJenise, our virtual personal training sessions are designed to fully recreate the in-home or on-site personal training experience, with dedicated one-on-one or small group (2-5 people) instruction for 30 minutes. Your assigned coach will instruct, inform, and motivate you throughout your remote sessions and even demonstrate key exercises to ensure proper form and technique.

We believe there are no one-size-fit-аll programs. Our first step in your virtual training journey is a free health and fitness assessment, also completed remotely. Our expert team will use the information discovered in your assessment to create a customized fitness program made juѕt for you.
